Yes we can send out an exchange pair for no extra cost as soon as we have received your return. Provided your original pair is unworn, with tags on and in the box it was sent in.

You can return a pair of shoes provided it has been bought within 28 days, and is unworn, with tags on and in the box it came in. Please get in touch with us using this contact form or on hello@friendlyshoes.co.uk and we’ll get back to you with the return address. Please note that return postage is not included within the price.
